hi fellow beatles
I notice for the sunday training, most of the time we are playing 2 side. Since i just finish my basic referee course with FAS. Once i pass my practical test i will be a class 3 referee with FAS. Hence i was thinking for a win win situation for me and also fellow beatles. Where our players will learn the game more better and for me to have more match experience as a referee before my practical test somewhere in sept...
being a referee and a player has alot of difference... hence it is not as simple as it look. There is a lot of pressure on the referee when come to decision making. So i am looking at our own training i will have a good platform to start with.
due to my shift work.. i can come on certain days during the mth... since i am doing this on a pro bono basis and subject to my avaiablity.. will it be a good idea? any comment?
thank you

Make sure you bring your ear plugs and steel willpower. Beatles are not too kind on referees. Or is it just me for that matter? Lol... Looking forward to it!
