indeed. those goal posts are definitely feeble and can be easily torn apart, esp if "inconsiderate" players like ho soon takes a shot at it.
however, the second type does look "slightly" more durable with a backbone.

anyway, coz we were talking about getting goal posts today, i thought i share one of the available options.

just to be placed on the surface.

We used to have similar goal posts..I only seen it once.. the post was damage in the very first time it was used due to a powerful shot. Can't remember who was the "Predator"..

the same ones ah? i always thought the one we had were custom-made.

hahahaha.. not bad. at least u get to see the posts in action. was injured that period of time, and was told the posts were gone case when i got back on the pitch.

I can remember we used only for 1 game....
few shots hit the posts then peng ko.. somemore not firm, easily shake..

 ya man.. its was hollow inside. to strengthen it maybe can get some wooden poles and slot it in.
anyway i saw quite a lot of these goal posts in action in east coast... shd be ok.

sorry for being blunt.... looks like kids stuff , suitable for boys under 10-12 yrs.
