ok. in addition to the usual sundays' games, i've put up saturday fixture for each week as well.
we'll just play on the dates that gather enough names.

let me know if u think of other appropriate dates or u can create one urself.

I think it's better to just have Sat's training when there are holidays.  Creating more fixtures does more harm and you will be diluting response... sometimes it's better not to give people too many options, oso it's less confusing for ppl who does logon everyday.  We should just stick to Sunday mornings.

there's pros and cons to having a secondary fixture.

the obvious advantage is that we have saturday game to fall back on if most of the players are coincidentally unavailable on sunday and willing to play on saturday.
and i gotta agree with boon heng that it could be confusing for newbies who aint familiar in interpreting our calendar of fixtures.

however, i think it worth a try considering our recent attendance for sundays are poor, plus the upcoming sundays are packed with holidays.

one thing i do notice is that some of our players do log on, but choose not to check out the upcoming games even though their status show that they are available.
i'm still cracking my head trying to understand why.

But who knows Sat fixture may attract more people if we don't try (I guess so far we havn't had any fixtures on Sat)? No point keep sticking to the usual fixture if we always struggling to gather enough players.

Why not setup a feedback section for users to comment on why they are not joining us in the kickaround?

we have it all the while. there are feedbacks channel almost everywhere and i believe i've always respond to them reasonably fast.
there's even a forum dedicated just for feedback. alternatively, they can put it in the chatbox or even pm me.
now we even have a remarks column for them to fill when confirming attendance.

what's left is to employ a pretty CRO to personally interview them on why they are so busy.
