Was at one of the Shell station at Yishun waiting for my turn. Even the pump attendant already done, the fcuker in front still take his own sweet time in his car. No choice, I drove nearer to his car and turned my headlight on. Finally he noticed me but using the slowest motion possible, he got out of his car and went for payment. 5 minutes gone already. Another 5 minutes to watch him queing and settling with the cashier. Guess wat? After he left the payment counter, he walked towards those payment kiosk outside to perform some transactions. 5 minutes gone and still haven't come back. My blood pressure rose and got out from my car and complaint to the attendant.

u can only find pinang mei who r scantily clad outside of city areas.
u will tend to find most of them towards the middle and southern part.
the best i saw was at ping tung... they dress in bikini and dance alongside the road to attract customers.
heard taitong has quite a number of pinang mei as well. enjoy urself in taiwan...

haha, interesting to know that you have become a real life voyeur ! kekeke

ask the locals where to find the bing lang mei they should know... 2 years ago when i was there, the driver told me a story.. so i can share this with u ppl.

This story was actually reported in the papers.

There was this bing lang mei working in the outskirts or in taipei itself (can't remember clearly) and she wasn't wearing any underpants. So Taiwanese law has a ruling that if you expose more than 3 strands of pubic hair in public, it is considered an illegal and an offence. During the clamp down on anti vice activities to uphold moral standards campaign by ma ying jeou, this bing lang mei was caught and fined. A few weeks later, she did not wear any underwear again and the police hauled her hup. She protested vehemently that she did not breached the law.

The police claimed that she was still indecently dressed because she wasnt' wearing any under garments. She retorted that she wasn't breaking the law  she wasn't exposing any pubic hair since now she shaved off......
