 actually 70 - 75kg is heavy enough .. Essien is also around 1.8m and that weight..

I cant be sure that they will win the S League this season but certainly i will reckon a top 6 finish...since most of the teams in S League are shit. Thus they are the under dogs this sesson and the odds will be beter....

it seems like we kinda overrated the sporting afrique team. tampines was always a level above them.
