For me, it will have to be Arsene Wenger. WIth him, Arsenal is really playing some breath taking football. He also unearth many talents and turned them into great players. The way Arsenal played when they are at their best, is very fluent, mobile and moving the ball forward with speed its really frightening. Thou i'm a Man Utd fan. But i think Arsene Wenger is an amazing manager.

my vote goes to sam allardyce, he managed to steer a mediocre team to the top half of the epl, and he also managed to bring out the best from a team of has-beens.

Alex Ferguson..... He is the man. Looking at his records at Old Trafford, its second to none in modern soccer. He places the team before any individuals Just ask Beckham , Keane, Paul Ince... Amazing determination and passion, as for the past two seasons when things are not flowing for Man - united and many will just quit and bask in the past glory but Alex Ferguson still have the fire in his belly...
He willl personally serve the players dinner in boxing day as a sign of respect and gratitude to the players... Ask any footballers that has played for Man - United, the pride of wearing the red shirts.

indeed. no doubt arsene wenger hasnt been winning many trophies, he is one of those rare managers who has a good eye for talents and never afraid of grooming young players. e.g. henry, anelka, fabregas, ashley cole and etc.
however, he does complain quite a lot and forever blame on external factors when his team fails to perform.
i personally like managers who focus more on football than mind games. e.g. stuart pearce, benitez and paul jewell.

Well for me there is only one. Arsene Wenger, who else! Good businessman. Great talent for unearthing raw diamonds and transform them into world class players, and sell them for a profit!

i would say it will be Jose Mourinho. what a person he is... Nv lets any aspect of the game escape him and tat includes non-footballing aspect as well. Since he came to chelsea, he say instilled a nv-say die and winning mentality in the team. The team has to be above anybody else. He would rather the whole world hates him by putting up a false persona then have the media and opposition affecting his players. its been so long since we saw such a colourful person in the EPL. Hail Mourinho!! i love sam allardyce as well. a manager who can get the most out of rejects of other teams.
