noticed that some of u guys might not know how does the performance rating works.
after every game, performance rating is made available, to rate those who have attended the game. to submit your rating, simply click on Rate and you will see the list of players. give rating to EVERY players in the list before you hit the submit button.
how the overall performance rating is determined by: 1. attend as many games as possible. 2. avoid no-show (put aeroplane) 3. good performance rating after each game. 4. good set of attributes

just changed the rating feature a bit and voter will not gets to vote himself. so dont be surprised if you cant see your name even though you have attended the game.
btw, the statistic shows that many like to view on the performance rating but only a few are willing to rate. how come ah?

I myself am not for performance rating. May be we could restrict performance rating for matches only since we are only playing for fun and leisure during kickaround.

provided that we are having matches on a regular basis. looking at our past fixtures, the performance rating table will be quite frozen given that we only played one friendly match since the launch of this website (april).
personally, i see such rating as an instrument to improve ourselves, be it the type of game we are in. after all, many of us play competitively during kickaround as well. hahaha.
the way i see it, our players are still not communicating very well among one another, probably because of the high turnover. thus, this feature is useful for one player to tell another player "hey, you have done well" or "you need to improve on your game".
lastly, it also serves the purpose to keep players interested in this website, else they would be seeing the same thing everytime they log in.
of course, rating ough to be special and should only flatter players distinctly when they work their ass out during competitive matches.
i guess once the team is more committed and having matches more frequently (e.g. once a month), we can consider tuning the rating system.
