To solve the problem of booking fields and collecting money, I'll be collecting slightly more from the players present each time we book a field, and use the excess to book the next one.

Yeah, our dear ref almost wiped us out for the next game (1 Oct)... well it's a good lesson, next time we'll get the pitch and ref separately.

Or we can all start praying for a rain-out =P

I also think that we ought to hold back a little on matches, since now we have so many players and we can easily play among ourselves. Playing matches too regularly actually deprives our playing chance as our squad is bigger than Chelsea's.

One more thing I need highlight and hope for everybody's cooperation, that is, after a game, please remember to pay me the money (esp if I have ask you for it a couple of times)... it sure makes my job easier and I don't need to keep a long list of debtors.

its certainly a better idea to get your own referee and pitch. I have quite a few contacts for referee, all charging $50 per match, all indians though.

I think should try to limit matches to maybe maximum just once a mth. The rest of the month we can play against ourselves.  Any way maybe for matches you can collect slightly more than usual?
