If we are to come up with a team emblem just for fun sake ... something to relate to, what kind of image concept are you looking into? Something garang?

don't want to be a smart ass, considering i just joined this site and havent even met any of you guys but i'd just like to share some factual and fictional stuff with regards to the term "bugis". it's a good name, no matter where this team's ground is.
fact: "bugis" is an actual indonesian race. there are also others such as "bawean", "javanese", etc... all bunched together under the malay race just like cantonese, teochew and hokkien people are all chinese.
the history behind the bugis people is that they were once and still are fearsome pirates.
fiction: word has it the term "boogieman", the western ghost comes from the word "bugis man".
western sailors in the old days were so afraid of the bugis pirates in this part of the world coz they were ruthless.
they couldn't pronounce "bugis" so they just referred to any kind of ghost that is scary as "boogieman".
more details here.
so yeah, i mean if you guys wanna stick with bugis something, why not consider calling the team "bugis pirates" or to be less serious, "boogie men".
i think they both sound cool.
