i think the person was refering to some late challenges and tackles from behind. 
part and parcel of the game. we like to have some aggressiveness among us during matches but when it comes to kick about, we normally encourage players to take things easy.

Hey guys...

I like the aggressiveness in him. He is showing lots of commitment and determination in winning every challenges! (But u gotta improve on the timing of the tackles) In fact, i would expect to see more of this aggression especially during matches cos we often lose out on 50-50 balls and those 2nd (loose) balls cos we are all too used to taking it easy during our kickaround...

thanks Charlton...erm, guess i need to improve out on the timing during training...im used to tough tackling as my old team always does tat...so i maybe over aggressive for u guys..hope u guys will understand it...
