Yeah...

I agree with Vincent that it was a great sparring match...

It had been a long time since i last enjoy myself so much...

The cool weather probably contributed to this as well...

But to add some comments,

Altho this is just a training game, i think we should stick to our shape and same players playing in the same position throughout the game every week if possible. Both teams basically had the same set of players as the previous week, but i can see more teamwork among us. But once the players start changing positions towards the end of the 2nd half, the shape is totally gone...

In order to improve, some of us would probably gotta sacrifice and played in our less favored position for the sake of the team. And do give credit to all the players as well...

Cos often the keeper is praised for a good job at the back or the strikers are commended for their goalscoring exploits... What about the defenders and the midfielders? To me, they occupy the most impt positions on the field... Let's be generous with our comments to this group of unsung heroes ya....

Only then will the beatles improve!!!

i agree that we should give more credits to players fielded in the supporting positions.

our rating system is one of our ways to give compliment to players whom have performed well, not just because he is skillful but also the fact that they have put in good effort.
some might not have the best skills in town but if you see them try really hard, avoid giving them too bad of a rating. it can be pretty discouraging.

if one really wanna give extremely poor rating, at least leave a comment on which area he can improve on.

some might argue that this is only a rating system.
however, hardworking players will feel more welcomed and appreciated when they see more positive ratings/comments against their names.

Steady lar!
