welcome to the club.
yeah. the key terms and conditions would be to to confirm your attendance early and play often. other than that, there isn't anything else.

Training usually meant casual kickabout games among ourselves.
Being a social football team, our main objective is to gather enough players who are interested in the game to meet up for regular soccer games.
Usually, when we do not organise friendly matches, we will try to organise training among ourselves if we're able to gather enough players. This training serves 2 objective.
1) Provide regular weekly games for registered players to engage in soccer in a friendly environment. 2) To allow the players to have a chance to play with or against each other so that we can built up understanding among ourselves during matches.
As such, do attend training regularly so that we can get to know you better.

well said.
this apart, i do notice a few feedback saying that the location is far away. just to say that tiong bahru is by far one of the more centralized pitch we could find.
i suppose pasir ris is far for people living in jurong east. clementi is far for people living in tampines. likewise for yishun, hougang and woodlands. so i guess somewhere near town would be fair for all.
btw, i live in jurong west, david live around lakeside and tingfu in clementi.
