during kickaround, when balls is kicked way out of bound, unless it is a goal or a deserving corner kick, the player/team who take the shot should volunteer to retrieve the ball.

i personally is guilty of not doing so sometimes but i think it is something we ought to practise.

 Hmm.. Definitely we must keep track of scoreline. Please do not anyhow humtam bola (read: the scoreline). hahahahha

How abt try not to too late for games/matches.
10-15mins max still looks ok

We should give everyone a chance to try playing at different positions during kickround, ie you can play left back in 1st half then right wing in 2nd half. I believe everyone wants to play in attacking position so sometimes you have to "automatic" go to defence when you've enough fun up front.
