hey guys i have a anoucement to make, i wont be able to join u guys for 6-8 week till i fully recover from my dislocated thumb, i really hope i will recover fast to able to join back the team and stay in good shape but sadly the doctor says u cannot play soccer till you fully recover, so as for now i am out of the 1st team line up till i fully recover will join u guys for match and training :)

In fact, I am thinking since you injury ur thumb, y not you training more on ur lower limbs for example, goal kick, ball control, etc..?

Come and join us for drills but dun be goal keeper loh. When plp train their shooting, stand behind the goal post and "pick the ball" (long kick to the area u want it to) for them lah. I believe it will be better than others teach you during match rite?

yeah... i share the same sentiment as Alan.
though it's unfortunate that u injured ur thumb, i think it is also the best opportunity for u to train ur footwork.
indeed, it is better to do the goal kick training now then to learn it during the game. keeper needs to take goal kick more often than making saves. it's a skill that requires lotsa practices for perfection.
