Hmm good question but the dual side-exiting exhaust I guest is more for aesthetic design so Porsche can stand out from the Bugatti & Ferrari. 
Porsche is sportscar and bottomline will be the performance. 
I wonder how much performance of this gorgeous concept they can put into a real production vehicle. :P
