Lace up your boots and get it on the World Cup action by taking part in FHM's first futsal tournament!!!

REGISTRATION TIME: 10am End: 4pm

REGISTRATION FEE: $150 per team (Includes lunch)

MECHANICS:
- 4 groups of 4 teams
- First 2 teams of each group wil be qualified for the quarter finals.

HIGHLIGHTS: Great Prizes, Goodie bags and THE TOP 5 FHM MODELS to give the kick off, cheer the teams, and give the prizes.

- Gather a team of 7 to 10 players.
- E-mail your capitain's contact details to rsvp@fhm.com.sg (with the subject header: "FHM Whirl Cup Futsal Tournament 2010") or call 6483-7873

Upon confirmation of your teams participation, send your $150 Cheque to:

Please state "FHM Whirl Cup Tournament 2010" on the envelope.
Also include the name of your team, and personal details (Full name, IC number, emaill address, mobile number) of all the players.
