have noticed a growing trend that players would "chope" for a training slot and only wait till saturday night (or even sunday morning) to indicate No.

granted. i am sure many of you would have done so geuinely due to last min committment.
however, if you're not, then such gesture deprive others to sign up when the slots are filled up.

given that beatles are a group of grown & considerate adults, i hesitate to plant too stringent of a policy on the attendance process.

as such, i ask for everyone's cooperation to give advance notice if you are doubtful of your attendance.
if possible, do so 1-2 days in advance so that others can take up your slot.

Hi guys, if you may have noticed, some of our team mates were unable to indicate their attendance for the previous training as the turnout was high. While the large numbers are good, there are also a few who indicated their attendance as yes, but did not show up, therefore I would like to urge everyone to only indicate your attendance as YES only if you are certain you will be turning up, if not, you might be denying a slot to a fellow team mate. There might be unforseen circumstances that might cause you to miss a training (illness etc.) but as far as possible, do try your best to put down yes only if you are sure you can make it. Thank you. :)

Go hard or go home.

good that lione is reminding everyone on this issue.

by indicating yes but not turning up, u could be depriving others a chance to participate.
in addition, the system could reject you from signing up geuinely if you pilot too many times.

like to inform the team that we will be opening up fixtures progressively. to be precise, two weeks prior to the actual date of training.

in this instance, 7-Aug fixture is likely to be created on this sunday or day after.
