just got words that i could be involved preparation of a conference for next week.
in case i cannot make it for this event, i will still pay my share.

 Alright, we've got more than enough, so I am closing registration for this event. To facilitate play on the day itself, I have taken the liberty of grouping everyone into what I hope are evenly matched teams. The game format is as follows: 10 mins per game, sudden death penalty if drawn. Do let me know if anyone has an issue with the teams. Will leave it to the respective appointed captains to identify and organise your team mates at the venue itself. Once again, if anyone has an issue with their team, do contact me and we'll try to work something out.

Those unsure of how to get to the cage, you can meet me at Stadium MRT station at 7.30 pm sharp

Final cost per person will be $14 each, do contact me @ 9640 3636 if you intend to meet me or have any queries. I will be sending the pitch number via sms tomorrow when i get it.

I thought this idea is good as well... =)

 I thought of doing that, as we usually do. Then I remembered last time around the amount of time we wasted forming up the teams, and the resulting confusion after and so I thought this might be better.

You guys might even have a little fun "transferring" players if need be,

yep, issit possible to do Random without the confusion like last time?
I think the confusion arose because some of the late comers just didnt know which teams they were gonna join. so this can be resolved by having them form the 4th team so we can all start playing once we are there (:

Agreed. Would be a hassle if none of the teams have a complete set of players. Time would be wasted. I say whomever comes first forms a team. But must distribuite evenly also lah. :)
