hmm...still figuring...but from wat i found out from my colleague who studied sports science....said tat creatine is actually more useful when used for post-workout..... which means for recovery purposes....
to a extend....creatine is very useful for people who do high intensity sports....like soccer, weight lifting, sprinting and many more...... but my friend just tell me eat more fish can already.....LOL....fish ain't cheap too....

"It must be noted creatine has no significant effect on aerobic endurance." example...Ironman, Marathons....

"CP aka Creatine Phosphate is the immediate supplier of energy for the formation of ATP. As CP is broken down to creatine and Pi (inorganic  phosphate), it releases energy for the rapid replenishment of ATP.
There is a sufficient amount of CP stored in the muscle to support a maximal effort for 8sec-12sec. Without this system, fast, powerful movements such as sprinting could not be performed."

"ATP aka Adenosine Triphosphate is the only energy source that can be directly used for muscle contraction.

creatine won't help at all...without proper training in place....basically just throwing away $$$.....
