Referee notes
Time
Ref reps, I will be giving you a stopwatch and whistle each.
Control the players and let the time run for 20 mins for each of the game, as there will be no stoppage time.

Goal
Note that some of the goals may not have netting. Thus, it is up to your discretion if a goal stands.

Substitution
Make sure that substitution is made known to you and carry out when the ball is not in play.

Records
Control the game and issue warning if you have to.
Note down the yellow/red cards & goal scored, and submit the info at the end of the each game.

Please post your question/feedback here.
It is better to ask now, as I may be busy with my own team or ref duty on that day itself.

Steady lar!

Any standby referees should player referee get injured while playing? And how is the referee allocation for the final?

Thanks Kent. Other than stopwatch and whistle for the referee, I had the yellow, red cards and the match form (for recording purposes) prepared as well for the referees.

Guess we don't need to spend on ref equipment unless we intend to use it frequently. I'm able to get the red and yellow cards done by recycling my old name cards with some red and yellow tapes. Cost me abt $1 for the tapes and non for the old name cards.

WOW! Good job David!! Truly impressed with your dedication to make this work. So to the rest of the Beatles, lets make this a success and who knows in future we can even start organising bigger scale tournaments.
