The New Civic comes with default HID nowadays...
For that price, I personally think it is a good buy as Civic is a good performance car.
As for Integra, i doubt it will decrease too much. Honda is known in the local market not to compete on price but to throw in more stuffs... maybe you can ask for a CCR or Mugen bodykit should you decide to buy your "dream" car..
