RJ, don't strain urself if u 're injured. it will only make it worse in the long run. you can get involved by helping kelvin from the byline..

I most probably be giving up my slot for this coming sun becos my knee injury is still not ok. Initially wanted to play at least a half but i think better not take risk since i still feel some pain. So will sit out.
