Hello BBFC,
I chanced upon this club incidentally and would be keen to join you guys for a kickabout, especially on the weekends. I used to play actively with a neighbourhood team but has since disbanded as most of them were too busy with work or family.
I am 30 years old and am currently working as a HR Manager.
My natural position is holding midfielder (like Pirlo of Milan) currently. I played as an attacking midfielder back in my younger years blessed with quick acceleration and agility. Not scoring in a match back then was a knife to the knee for me. But as age and football experience caught up, the switch to central holding midfield was more suited for my style as I prefer to deliver pinpoint passes to the younger and agile strikers or forwards. That of cos makes up a perfect excuse for nature when it works its way on you. :) LOL.
Currently, i play occassionally due to work mostly on futsal pitches.
My fav club is Nottingham Forest FC (been supporting since 1995). To quote a player I looked upon it would be Stuart Pearce of Forest. Solid captain and attacking left back with a eye for goal. A current player would be Kris Commons of Celtic.
I hope to join you guys soon for a session and make more friends.
Cheers
Alvin Ye

Hi Alvin, Welcome to the club! It's nice to see a refreshing addition of a Nottingham Forest FC fan (u might be the first and only!) apart from the usual big guys. This is what loyalty stands for, Haha. Cya on the pitch soon!
