not sure if this works, but i'm trying to find a workaround to facilitate our players who are keen to arrange matches.

future fixtures will be arranged in advance, in hope to gather early response from the team.
i reckon this might help willing organisers to better decide when arranging opponent, pitch and ref.

by default, fixtures will be scheduled as kickaround. in the event that you have confirmed opponent, just drop me a note and i'll be glad to change the fixture for you.

this move will also assist us to decide if we should book for a pitch to play among ourselves given that the attendance is overwhelming.
