Ya...as usual...we'll need some volunteers...especially so this year as its been a busy year for me having not been able to contribute as much as i would have like as compared to last year.

1st and most impt thing - Venues suggestion (We need affordable and good venue for rentals, affordable chalet is an option)

- Venue should be easily accessible
- Affordable
- Able to accomodate about 20 plus to 30 guests or more
- Provide options for stayover during the night (optional)

Let's settle the venue first ....keep the suggestion coming.

the biggest deterrants are always the availability and pricing when it comes to chalet/resort, where the cost could be quite ridicuous during the school holidays.
a 1 night stay at NSRCC chalet during weekdays could be less than $200 but become $500 during december period, not to mention a minimum stay of 3D2N.

loyang would be a good alternative but reservation won't be opened up so soon.

nontheless, keep the recommendations coming along with some cost references (particularly during year end period).
if chalet is really beyond our reach, we can always opt for other venue e.g. mind cafe.

in addition to david's consideration:
- Venue should be easily accessible
- Affordable
- Able to accomodate about 20 plus to 30 guests or more
- Provide options for stayover during the night (optional)
- Not affected by bad weather
