Guys, have done slight change in the rating page.
There's now an option to set default rating for all players before changing them individually.
But it will only work if you have yet to submit any rating.

On the side note, rating is basically a blunt & general barometer on how others see us perform on the pitch, but not to be used as a true representation.
Most importantly, it is used as a tool (esp the comment section) to help encourage and improve on one another. So take it objectively.
