don't buy, i realy feel u should take a break, tat the best investment...at least for a month, then later think of buying guard again....

apart from getting a shoulder guard, u can consider TF 's advice or avoid going to the ground too often. i think your body weight is too much for your injured shoulder everytime when u break a fall.
for training games, try to: - kneel down and make yourself big - nick the ball away with your feet from the striker (like a defender) instead of using your hands/charging at them
while i encourage keepers to keep clean sheet, but not at your own expenses..

best u better rest for a few games before excurting more injury to your shoulder... wont wanna fight a spot with a injuried keeper :)

neh no worries i can wan la cannot rest, cannot take it for not gg few games lol must exercise i can wan no 1 can take my spot wuhahahahahahahahahahaha
